Getting Around
Gothenburg has a good public transport system, where a ticket is valid for 90 minutes and cost 3 Euro, a full day is 8 Euros. The ticket is even valid with the ferries out into the archipelago, a trip we strongly recommend. For planning there is an excellent mobile app “Västtrafik To Go” that also handles buying tickets. The trams goes every 10 minutes and the nearest tram station is just outside the park, admittedly a 15 minutes beautiful walk through the forest. But then in 5 minutes you reach “Liseberg” the amusement park and “Svenska Mässan”, the city conference center and exhibition hall. The city center and Central station takes 15 minutes. You can also rent public bikes and electric scooters in the city
We offer free parking to encourage you to leave your car with us and explore without its distraction. Another alternativ is a cab, some companies such as “Taxi Kurir” and “Taxi Göteborg” have mobile apps in which you check and get a fixed price for the trip in advance.
